I just wanted everyone to know that I ate bison yesterday. BISON! It was strange at first, imagining that I was eating some strange wild animal, but I liked it. Next stop, ostrich meat.

I also enjoyed the bison. I think that you should eat rattle snake! It tastes like chicken.
