Preparing For the Talent Show

Politichic and I might be preparing one of the greatest performances of our time, and for one night only you can witness that will be the BYU 107th Ward Talent Show. I can't resist sharing my multiple talents with the rest of the world, regardless of whether they want to see them or not.
Be at the Maesar Building Auditorium, 7:30PM, for the night of your life. And bring plenty of tissues, for you may start weeping uncontrollably.

The small amounts of sleep people get

Today was pretty fun. It all started out at the unlikely hour of seven, when my radio went off with the country music (honestly, I don't know how it became programmed to be my alarm). I was the first person up today. How crazy is that. The trip to Fruitland was wonderful, there were no rockslides to muddle up milemarker 18 this time. I slept through most of sacrament meeting, mostly because I couldn't keep my eyes open due to lack of sleep (I spend too much time checking everyone's blog) and Andrew, oops I mean Andy, has one of the most comfortable shoulders to lean on. Plus, that blue shirt he was wearing not only made him look extremely handsome and muscular, much like someone who was cast as a Wookie in Star Wars might look in human form, but really soft.
Luckily, the gang was with me on skipping Relief Society. Big Steve's Sunday School lesson was wonderful as usual, but I didn't think that I could sit still for another hour, you know, because I have Adult ADD.
The Easter Egg Hunt followed the most spectacular dinner Consuelo could have cooked up. And Auntie J was well armed with her green Jello concoction (I will be dreaming of it tonight) and a wonderful chocolate pie meant for a certain Freshman who shall remain nameless, mostly because he thinks he is too good for our company.
Remember how we found an egg lost from last year. And there was a captivating spiritual message brought to us again by the imagination of Consuelo. She might have pricked everyone's hand with a sharp little nail, I thought I was going to bleed to death. I think she did this mostly because Big Steve said that it wouldn't really hurt anyone.
Then to top off the day, the Angel marathon, which ended about a half hour ago made The Rage burst into uncontrollable tears (WHY DID WESLEY HAVE TO DIE???). I think we have sucked yet another person into our magical world that is Angel. Her name is Marinda, and if things go well, she can be just another excuse for me to watch the entire series yet again.
I think that this has gone on long enough. I should probably leave you all to your comments.

Here I am to save the day!!!

Yeah, I know it's been awhile. Needless to say, I have been super busy, what with the Famous Footwear and the Leatherby's. It's a good thing there isn't much else going on in my life, I wouldn't be able to squeeze it all in. I can't focus on Blogs right now, my roommates are trying to gossip about past friends and their love interests. Do you remember Jon, and how he said that Aaron was engaged and then Jen told Aaron that she was happy he was engaged. Yeah, that's awkward. I just heard some good news, it turns out that wierd mission girl isn't going to be in the apartment this summer. Hooray. Remember how we are going to Fruitland tomorrow. If things run as expected, Consuelo will be stumping us with a killer Easter Egg Hunt in less than 12 hours.
I will be sure to let you know how it goes.

Why I need Jason to come over soon

First off, I just watched the saddest movie in the world, i.e. Finding Neverland. Oh my gosh, could I have cried anymore? I don't think so. I love Johnny Depp so much. I wish that I was cool enough to be friends with him. Hmmm...what was I going to say... oh yeah... my ethnic roommate and I went to the Springville Walmart today to buy the aforementioned movie and then I also stumbled upon a little cartoon I have been waiting my whole life for. It may or may not be the Clone Wars DVD, just another chapter of my favorite Sci-Fi saga. Jason needs to come over soon, only because there are few people in the world who can appreciate the joy that is Star Wars. I didn't want to say anything but one of my other roommates, we'll call her Rachel, was flipping through the channels today and Clone Wars might have been on the Cartoon Network. She flipped right past it, like it was another episode of Powerpuff Girls or Dragon Ball Z. Well, now I can watch it anytime I want and there's nothing Rachel can do about that.

it's been a blog time

I have updated for awhile. I know it must be hard for you people who are hanging on my every word, but I have just been so super busy lately. My life was pretty much in the crap hole this weekend. I really really hate working. I hate everything about it. On the bright side Angel Season 5 came in the mail today. Yeah, I am pretty excited. Did you ever notice that when I type things out I use the word "pretty" a lot. Are there other words that I could be utilizing?
The DVD player is struggling right now, though. It's hard to watch Angel without the old DVD player.
I think that the best part about Angel, besides the way that it makes me feel about myself, is the fact that Angel is so super hot. And everyone is very funny. I may have watched the puppet episode today. What good times.
Jen took my shower time today, so I had to go to work sans cleanliness. Well, off to leave my comments on other people's blogs.

silly roommates

I have a roommate who may or may not be going to massage therapy school right now. Anywho, she thinks that blogs are stupid. I don't know what to tell her, I think that they are the coolest things on the face of the earth. How else would I be able to keep up with all of my friends?
Speaking of roommates, I am really looking forward to the day that I will have my own house and I won't have to live with anyone else. Especially people with ethnic backgrounds who play the guitar. They can be so annoying sometimes.

the bowflex

my parents bought a bowflex. i don't really know why, but it just goes to show you the power of those people on QVC and there ability to convince you to buy any kind of crap they have. i do love most of the stuff that i see there on the shopping channel. i wish that i had a million dollars just to spend on the crap that i see on tv. like that really cool tupperware thing that spins around in the cupboard. i love that thing.

my day was okay

I am really looking forward to the St. Patrick's Day party. I heard rumors that there was going to be a delicious cake.

my day was okay

I had to work today which sucked, but then we did get in some new shoes so that was good. I can't decide if I should just buy them or not. What do you guys think? Should I buy the shoes?
Also I am really looking forward to the St. Patrick's Day party at my house. Rumor has it that there will be a cake.

What I'm doing now

You know, I don't care what other people say, The Phantom of the Opera movie was wonderful and the people who don't like it are stupid. That's right, stupid.

The First, and let's face it, probably the best

Hi folks, I'm watching one of the best movies of all time, Empire Strikes Back. It may or may not be at a pivotal moment, you know the whole "Yer not my father" scene. I heart Luke Skywalker. I heart Han Solo, probably in a more, you know, I really really heart you way. I am going to put this out there: If Han Solo and Luke Skywalker were to get in a fight, who would win and why? Obviously we will be comparing Luke Skywalker post Return of the Jedi, when he has reached the peak of his Jedi skills and Han Solo at his most scoundrelike.
Here's my answer. Han Solo. Not just because he is super cute, but because he has mad skills with the fighting. Plus Han Solo is conniving. He was a smuggler, people! He can fly the Millenium Falcon, and beat the forces of evil, he's a brilliant man. Plus he managed to capture the heart of Princess Leia with nothing but his roguish charm and clever wit.
Luke may have the Force, which is nothing to laugh at, but I just don't think that he is going to survive. Especially when Han Solo shoots him in the foot with his blaster.
Alright, more blogging to go.
